Here's a few examples of how our students work with technology to broaden their education and understanding of the modern world:

Every student in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades, has their own laptop to use at school.

Tech Badges
Students work on different tech skills and earn a badge for each project they complete.

Our Makerspaces in our media center are areas that allow students to collaborate and work on projects.

Lego Education
Starting in 2nd grade, students learn the basics of programming and engineering using LEGO WeDo.

USB Microscopes
Students use USB microscopes to learn all about everything from insects to rocks. These microscopes allow students to learn together as they see what is under the microscope on the computer monitor.

Digital Drawing
Starting in kindergarten, students learn how to draw incredible images on their computer.

Students improve their typing skills at every grade level. The goal is by the time they finish 5th grade they type at least 30 words per minute.

Office Suite Skills
Students learn word-processing, research, and presentation skills for elementary school projects and to get them ready for middle school. Students use both Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Students and teachers also use Google Classroom.

Video Game Design
By using the MIT program Scratch, student learn the basics of video game design.
